Led design projects from inception to execution, working closely with researchers, copy writers and product managers in creating one of the best user experiences for mobile app and SaaS product in 9 markets.
A completely redesigned experience on treatment monitoring mobile app for Zenyum’s patients who track the progress of their invisible braces treatment. We have seen s 26% increase in active monthly users and a 40% increase in switch adherence.
Led design of a Saas product (Clinic Cloud) infrastructure solutions with a user driven approach to bridge the gap Zenyum and our partners clinics. A total of 400 B2B users in 9 markets.
A complete redesigned experience on referrals program on both mobile app and website resulting in a increase of customer acquisition from 14 to 87 close won customers monthly.
Spearheaded the design team to deliver consistent and reliable experiences to our users and work closely with other designers to constantly evolve and improve our user experience in mobile app and Sass product.
Created and implemented a comprehensive design system for Zenyum, resulting in increased consistency and scalability in design efforts.
